The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is comprised of three different administrations:
Veterans Health Administration (VHA)
Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA)
National Cemetery Administration (NCA)
DAV - Disabled American Veterans
The DAV, as a national organization, has available benefits experts across the country.
CA DAV Chapter 84 - Vacaville
Local DAV chapters offer trained Veterans Service Officers to act as a bridge between the veteran and the Veterans Administration, and local veterans service nonprofits.
